Liu Jinglun gets ready to treat patients at the First People's Hospital of Xiaochang County in Xiaogan City, central China's Hubei Province, Feb. 21, 2020. Liu Jinglun, 42, a doctor from the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University, arrived in Xiaogan as a member of the first batch of medical team from Chongqing to help the fight against the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) outbreak in Hubei. As the team leader for severe cases, Liu exerts utmost efforts, including holding group consultations of doctors, inspecting wards in different hospitals and giving advice on medical treatments. To take advantage of the advanced technologies from hospitals in Chongqing and share the treatment experience, Liu has organized several teleconferences between medical personnel in Chongqing and Xiaogan.
